My career spans 27 years from developer to product leader across healthcare, financial services, and technology. I've built the technical foundation that allows me to earn credibility with engineering teams while thinking strategically about product vision and business impact.

I specialize in platform products, developer tools, and technical infrastructure software. I understand what developers need because I've been one. Recent examples include building Developer Success product from zero at CVS Health (now permanent organization) and delivering $611K optimization at Mayo Clinic through product-driven strategy.

User Research & Discovery

I don't build features in a vacuum. I interviewed 100+ developers at CVS to understand pain points, conducted stakeholder research across business units, and validated solutions through iterative testing. I measure success through adoption rates, NPS scores, and business impact - not just shipped features.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

I translate business objectives into clear product vision and executable roadmaps. At CVS, I owned strategy for platform consolidation serving 3,000+ developers. At Mayo Clinic, I defined product vision for infrastructure transformation. I balance short-term delivery with long-term platform health.

Technical Credibility

My 20+ years building platforms before becoming a PM gives me rare credibility. I speak engineering's language, understand technical trade-offs, and make sound architectural decisions. Early Career (1997-2008)

Built technical foundation as software developer, SQL Server DBA, and infrastructure architect across financial services, aerospace, and SaaS companies. This hands-on experience informs every product decision I make today.

MetLife (2008-2021)

Led platform products for 33,000+ users over 13 years. Owned product vision and execution for Windows migrations, infrastructure modernization, and browser upgrades. Conducted user research, defined requirements, measured outcomes. Advanced through multiple promotions while managing $3M+ budgets.

CVS Health (2021-2024)

Product Manager for developer platform serving 3,000+ internal customers. Built Developer Success product from zero through user research and iterative development - it's now a permanent organization. Led platform consolidation (GitHub, CircleCI, Harness) driving 85% reduction in support tickets and $2M savings. Drove developer satisfaction from 6.2 to 8.4/10.

Mayo Clinic (2024-2025)
